Our last insurance company was AWFUL when I complained about my rates going up they said “yeah mine too”. Now that we’ve switched to State Farm our rates have gone down significantly! "The Jill Plesha State Farm agency deserves a 5 STAR rating. They have been extremely helpful in getting me through the claim process with my Homeowners policy as a result of serious hail damage I incurred in 2024. No matter how many times I contacted them, they went way out of their way answering my many questions getting me through the various aspects of the claim not to mention follow up numerous times on status of a various number of submissions. I ended up with three different adjusters till the time the claim was finally resolved six months later. I can't say enough good things about this agency. Nowadays, no one wants to talk to you, but this agency always took the time to satisfy any concerns I had. I felt very comfortable through the whole process because of how they treated me as a "valued customer" and would recommend them to anyone. They have also been very helpful with my auto insurance policy including assisting me with the "drive safe beacon" several times. No matter what I needed explained, they were always there for me.
